Jordan Levinson Founder and President

A non-conventional, innovative leader with a long track record of capturing high-value growth opportunities around the globe, Jordan vitalizes the MOONROCKS machine.

During his extensive tenure with Saatchi & Saatchi Health Communications in New York, Jordan drove global strategies and execution for some of the largest pharmaceutical brands across virtually every therapeutic category. In 2010, Jordan created a new agency with a forward looking global business model in Southeast Asia for the Publicis Healthcare Communications Group. This ultimately led to his unique institutional knowledge and his inspiration to create MOONROCKS. Jordan’s transformative vision helps ensure clients optimize spend efficiency while enriching the uniqueness of their global content.

Amanda Plotkin SVP Digital Solutions

Amanda’s broad expertise spans content creation, marketing, media, product development, design/UX, and operational strategy, predominantly for healthcare and pharmaceutical companies.

Over the last 20+ years, she has developed content for WebMD, was part of a Digital Center of Excellence at Forest Labs, and helped guide Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen brands safely into the ‘digital world.’ She is an expert in identifying redundancies and in developing effective solutions to eliminate them. During her eight years at J&J, she led teams in constructing and implementing first-of-their-kind digital platforms to facilitate knowledge sharing, and to eliminate duplicative and inefficient efforts across the Company. She was responsible for creating J&J’s first global social collaboration platform, which centralized materials and conversations – and had users across 68 countries.

Amanda has a BS in Journalism from Northwestern University, a Certificate in Web Design and Development from New School University and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

John McCarthy Chief Strategy Officer

An inspirational leader, John brings his proven global business acumen to MOONROCKS in order to optimize operational efficiencies, envision new and hidden opportunities, and drive greater effectiveness for clients.

John has a history of leading global commercial teams that have been recognized for consistent high performance at AstraZeneca (AZ). He created, scaled and led a 270-person shared-services organization that delivered globally and resulted in significant improvement of operational efficiencies. He also served as executive member of the US Leadership Team that directed business transformation across commercial functions at AZ, resulting in a more streamlined organization. Prior to heading Global Commercial Operations, John led all commercial efforts for NEXIUM in the US, driving sales to over $7 billion while introducing innovative, customer-facing channels that increased the brand’s profitability.

A global pioneer who introduced groundbreaking analytic models to emerging markets. Priscila is relentless in her focus on successful business algorithms and yield savings generation for MOONROCKS clients.

Early in her career, Priscila introduced strategic planning in several countries and quickly became one of the most influential marketing strategists in Asia. She is adept at transforming complex data into actionable metrics and has deep marketing experience across Southeast Asia, China, Middle East, Europe and US. Prior to joining MOONROCKS, Priscila was Executive Director of Planning for FCB Manila, established planning capabilities for both BBDO and Lowe Worldwide in Jakarta, and later served as Chief Strategic Officer at Lowe Worldwide, Bangkok, and Publicis Manila, Inc.

Teresa Lara Chief Operating Officer

One of Asia’s most respected business leaders, Teresa has the diversified experience and know-how to forge strong global alliances and create vital synapses that transform MOONROCKS clients’ vision into reality.

During her 36-year, award-winning career, Teresa masterminded game-changing business ideas for a wide array of blue-chip clients—including P&G, GSK, Colgate-Palmolive, Mead Johnson and Janssen Pharmaceuticals. Today, she brings the wealth of that experience to the table to advise MOONROCKS clients. Highlights of her career include her time as President/CEO of Basic, Foote Cone & Belding Inc.; General Manager of Jimenez Darcy; Vice Chairman of Basic Advertising, Inc., and CEO of Y&R Philippines.
